Consumed credit is non-refundable; unused credit is refundable; our failures are fully on us.
Unused credits: within 30 days of purchase, the unconsumed portion of that purchase can be refunded to the original payment method.
Service failures: if our fault caused a missing top-up or an incorrect deduction, we restore or refund it in full after verification.
Duplicate or erroneous charges: refunded within 48 hours of confirmation.
Consumed credits: AI inference is consumed at call time and the upstream cost is already incurred, so used credit cannot be refunded.
Unused balance older than 30 days: it can be converted to service time or transferred to another account, but is no longer refundable to cash.
Accounts terminated for violating the Terms forfeit unused credit.
